  Lynn Amer, Owner,
Business Development

Lynn brings 20 years of experience in business development, client relations, project management and contract negotiations to benefit your project. She has worked in the fastest of project environments within Cisco Systems, Logitech and Maxtor Corp.managing the business realities of emerging technologies.

Lynn served on the Board of Directors, and as a volunteer and fund raiser for the National Kidney Foundation of Northern California for 15 years. Lynn currently is an Ambassador for Golden State Donor Services, Organ Procurement Organization, focusing on increasing donor registrations.

Kamal Amer
Engineer

Kamal began his civil engineering career with McCain and Associates in Chico, CA, and worked on the construction of oil processing, pipeline and offshore facilities for the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) in Saudi Arabia. With advanced degrees in both civil engineering and business, Kamal has expertise in many facets of a project from engineering to successful business operations. Kamal also has significant experience in manufacturing and operations management, information technology and business systems as well as industrial sales and business development.

Kamal has been associated with Boy Scouts of America for over 45 years, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and serving in several volunteer positions in Northern California. He is also provides race engineering services to several forms of motorsports.

John Carstensen
Founder

During a 20 year career with Moseman Construction, John focused on bridge building, culminating with the completion of the Juneau/Douglas Bridge in Alaska. John served as Amador County, CA, Engineer and the City Engineer for Sutter Creek, CA, for twelve years, engineering the area’s dramatic growth. He founded Alaska Engineering in 1982, providing engineering expertise throughout the Sierra Foothills.
